Thanks to all of you who gave your time and resources to see change in the 9th Assembly District.  This will be the last posting regarding my race.  I will consider running again.  I will continue to advocate and work to include my ideas in the public policy debates already pursuing for the next 4 years. Eventually, we will prevail.  California will have a Black Republican in the Legislature soon.

President Bush Called For Reform of Fannie Mae & Freddie Since 2001

Democrats rejected and ignored the warnings of the Bush Administration of the systemic consequences of financial turmoil at a housing government-sponsored enterprise (GSE) but also put forward thoughtful plans to reduce the risk that either Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac would encounter such difficulties. The President's repeated attempts to reform the supervision of these entities were thwarted by the legislative maneuvering of those who emphatically denied there were problems.

The White House released this list of attempts by President Bush to reform Freddie Mae and Freddie Mac since he took office in 2001.
Unfortunately, Congress did not act on the president's warnings:


** 2001

April: The Administration's FY02 budget declares that the size of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac is "a potential problem," because "financial trouble of a large GSE could cause strong repercussions in financial markets, affecting Federally insured entities and economic activity."

** 2002

May: The President calls for the disclosure and corporate governance principles contained in his 10-point plan for corporate responsibility to apply to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. (OMB Prompt Letter to OFHEO, 5/29/02)

** 2003

January: Freddie Mac announces it has to restate financial results for the previous three years.

February: The Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO - AKA The Bush Administration) releases a report explaining that "although investors perceive an implicit Federal guarantee of [GSE] obligations," "the government has provided no explicit legal backing for them." As a consequence, unexpected problems at a GSE could immediately spread into financial sectors beyond the housing market. ("Systemic Risk: Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and the Role of OFHEO," OFHEO Report, 2/4/03)

September: Fannie Mae discloses SEC investigation and acknowledges OFHEO's review found earnings manipulations.

September: Treasury Secretary John Snow (AKA The Bush Administration) testifies before the House Financial Services Committee to recommend that Congress enact "legislation to create a new Federal agency to regulate and supervise the financial activities of our housing-related government sponsored enterprises" and set prudent and appropriate minimum capital adequacy requirements.

October: Fannie Mae discloses $1.2 billion accounting error.

November: Council of the Economic Advisers (CEA) Chairman Greg Mankiw (AKA The Bush Administration) explains that any "legislation to reform GSE regulation should empower the new regulator with sufficient strength and credibility to reduce systemic risk." To reduce the potential for systemic instability, the regulator would have "broad authority to set both risk-based and minimum capital standards" and "receivership powers necessary to wind down the affairs of a troubled GSE." ** 2004

February: The President's FY05 Budget again highlights the risk posed by the explosive growth of the GSEs and their low levels of required capital, and called for creation of a new, world-class regulator: "The Administration has determined that the safety and soundness regulators of the housing GSEs lack sufficient power and stature to meet their responsibilities, and therefore…should be replaced with a new strengthened regulator." (2005 Budget Analytic Perspectives, pg. 83)

February: CEA Chairman Mankiw cautions Congress to "not take [the financial market's] strength for granted." Again, the call from the Administration was to reduce this risk by "ensuring that the housing GSEs are overseen by an effective regulator." (N. Gregory Mankiw, Op-Ed, "Keeping Fannie And Freddie's House In Order," Financial Times, 2/24/04)

June: Deputy Secretary of Treasury Samuel Bodman (AKA The Bush Administration) spotlights the risk posed by the GSEs and called for reform, saying "We do not have a world-class system of supervision of the housing government sponsored enterprises (GSEs), even though the importance of the housing financial system that the GSEs serve demands the best in supervision to ensure the long-term vitality of that system. Therefore, the Administration has called for a new, first class, regulatory supervisor for the three housing GSEs: Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the Federal Home Loan Banking System." ** 2005

April: Treasury Secretary John Snow repeats his call for GSE reform, saying "Events that have transpired since I testified before this Committee in 2003 reinforce concerns over the systemic risks posed by the GSEs and further highlight the need for real GSE reform to ensure that our housing finance system remains a strong and vibrant source of funding for expanding homeownership opportunities in America… Half-measures will only exacerbate the risks to our financial system." (Secretary John W. Snow, "Testimony Before The U.S. House Financial Services Committee," 4/13/05)

In 2005-- Senator John McCain partnered with three other Senate Republicans to reform the government’s involvement in lending. Democrats blocked this reform, too.

** 2007

July: Two Bear Stearns hedge funds invested in mortgage securities collapse.

August: President Bush emphatically calls on Congress to pass a reform package for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, saying "first things first when it comes to those two institutions. Congress needs to get them reformed, get them streamlined, get them focused, and then I will consider other options." (President George W. Bush, Press Conference, The White House, 8/9/07)

September: RealtyTrac announces foreclosure filings up 243,000 in August – up 115 percent from the year before.

September: Single-family existing home sales decreases 7.5 percent from the previous month – the lowest level in nine years. Median sale price of existing homes fell six percent from the year before.

December: President Bush again warns Congress of the need to pass legislation reforming GSEs, saying "These institutions provide liquidity in the mortgage market that benefits millions of homeowners, and it is vital they operate safely and operate soundly. So I've called on Congress to pass legislation that strengthens independent regulation of the GSEs – and ensures they focus on their important housing mission. The GSE reform bill passed by the House earlier this year is a good start. But the Senate has not acted. And the United States Senate needs to pass this legislation soon." (President George W. January: Bank of America announces it will buy Countrywide.

January: Citigroup announces mortgage portfolio lost $18.1 billion in value.

February: Assistant Secretary David Nason reiterates the urgency of reforms, says "A new regulatory structure for the housing GSEs is essential if these entities are to continue to perform their public mission successfully." (David Nason, Testimony On Reforming GSE Regulation, Senate Committee On Banking, Housing And Urban Affairs, 2/7/08)

March: Bear Stearns announces it will sell itself to JPMorgan Chase.

March: President Bush calls on Congress to take action and "move forward with reforms on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. They need to continue to modernize the FHA, as well as allow State housing agencies to issue tax-free bonds to homeowners to refinance their mortgages." (President George W. April: President Bush urges Congress to pass the much needed legislation and "modernize Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. [There are] constructive things Congress can do that will encourage the housing market to correct quickly by … helping people stay in their homes." (President George W. May: President Bush issues several pleas to Congress to pass legislation reforming Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac before the situation deteriorates further.

"Americans are concerned about making their mortgage payments and keeping their homes. Yet Congress has failed to pass legislation I have repeatedly requested to modernize the Federal Housing Administration that will help more families stay in their homes, reform Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to ensure they focus on their housing mission, and allow State housing agencies to issue tax-free bonds to refinance sub-prime loans." "[T]he government ought to be helping creditworthy people stay in their homes. And one way we can do that – and Congress is making progress on this – is the reform of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. July: Congress heeds the President's call for action and passes reform of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac as it becomes clear that the institutions are failing.

The Socialization of the U.S. leaps forward

As of Today, we have now justified socialism as a serious financial practice in America. H.R. 1424, Called the Financial Industry bailout package on the U.S. Senate website, being sold to us as a "Recovery bill", now called the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 is forcing us Americans to bail out companies who will still foreclose on their properties. Just as well, we now know what it takes to convert free market capitalists into socialists, just taxpayer cash in their face in the same manner as we Republicans criticize the welfare system.

Just as banks credit profiles have changed, so have ours. They got money under the same circumstances that Freddie and Fannie offered to some homebuyers. We will not get a bailout (with our money) from the banks. They will not overlook our compromised credit standing. They not under any requirement to do anything homeowners!

The only silver lining to this is that in order for this to succeed, John McCain's words must be correct, "The fundamentals of our economy are sound". Otherwise, how are we to have the $700 billion, plus the over $100 billion in "sweetners" to give to the multinational companies and soverign wealth funds?

We are all on the hook for about $6,000 per person in national debt! Thank you Comrade Bush, Comrade Paulson, Comrade Pelosi, Comrade Reid, Comrade Dodd, Comrade Frank, and the many Republican Comrades who adore you.

What an Irony since today they say that the Republicans resisted regulation and oversight of Freddie and Fannie. Democrats are responsible for the collapse of the Real Estate Market and the continuing crisis of the nation.

More evidence that Republicans tried since 2002 to regulate Freddie and Fannie realizing there was impending devastation. Representative Barney Frank (Democtat-MA), Senator Christopher Dodd (Democtat-CT), and Senator Chuck Schumer (Democtat-NY) should be voted out of office.

Michelle Pushed Left Wing Liberalism like Weight...

As I listened to Michelle Obama Monday night, I couldn't help but remember a tune by one of my favorite Rap artists, Ice Cube, called "Pushing Rhymes like Weight". In the tune Ice Cube describes his ability to "push" (sell) Rap albums (rhymes) like illegal drugs (weight) with the same kind of acceptance.

Michelle, like that dope dealer, is doing nothing but pushing Left-Wing Liberalism like weight to vulnerable Americans who are looking for any physiological reason to escape their currently depraved circumstances.

A dope dealer tries to entice people to consume the "weight" she/he pushes on them. Michelle tried to entice Americans to accept government's control and eventual leading to a "less than stellar" career path that would depend on government increases in the minimum wage in order to get any kind of a cost of living adjustment (aka weight). A dope dealer does not smoke the dope they want to sell to other people. Michelle nor her husband considered the Left Wing Liberalism approach for themselves.

Michelle Obama grew described in detail how she and her brother grew up in a very conservative household. Her mother stayed home and her father worked. She adored her father. He was her foundation. It was the support of her parents; not the local, state or federal government; who ensured their eventually entering and graduating from Princeton University and Harvard Law School.

However, Michelle "got up there" on that DNC podium and recited mantras which would have never been allowed to even be recited, much less believed, in her household as avenues to success in the United States of America. There is no known talk of abortion, much less premarital sex. There is no known acceptance of anything other than one man and one woman in matrimony. There is no known acceptance of subsistence on welfare. There is no known understanding that her family "browbeat the rich" of finance in order that the Robinson family could earn a living.

Michelle never mentioned how all americans could follow her footsteps to success. Instead she hammered an alternative path. One that she would never considered for herself, for B. Hussein Obama, nor for her children. One that is as far Left Wing Liberal as one can be - government Control, direction, and guidance.

Michelle's parents stayed together and cared for their children. In Michelle's house, her father was the foundation, not the government's welfare programs. In Michelle's house, her mother was the caregiver and nurturer, not the government's latch-key programs. In Michelle's house, her parents motivated her and her brother to be excellent. They would have never allowed them to be out playing government encouraged midnight Basketball.

Michelle and Obama remind me of "typical" blacks who become successful but do not share their pathway to success with other Blacks. Instead they "throw a dodge" to inquirers in an attempt to appeal to their fears of self motivated success (i.e. pull yourself by your own bootstraps) as opposed to replicating the Robinson household path to parental inspired, self motivated success.

This is why I have such contempt for B. Hussein Obama. He and his wife should be heralding from the rooftops, how to joust failure of its grip by using his and her life's efforts as an example. The government was not in control when B. Hussein Obama attended Honolulu, Hawaii's prestigious Punahou School, an elite private K-12 school where tuition now tops $16,000 a year. The government did not control B. Hussein Obama's path to the equally prestigious Occidental College, Columbia University, nor finally Harvard Law School.

We should never accept anything less than the best for ourselves and the best that B. Hussein Obama and Michelle would have had for themselves. Michelle and her husband should be ashamed for "selling" the "weight" of Left Wing Liberalism to America as a replacement for hard work and dedication.

The following comment by black Left-Wing Liberal B. Hussein Obama against Black Conservative U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is one of the many reasons why I could not vote for a Black Liberal for any high office...

"I would not have nominated Clarence Thomas. I don't think that he. I don't think that he was a strong enough jurist or legal thinker at the time for that elevation. Setting aside the fact that i profoundly disagree with his interpretation of a lot of constitution." In similar fashion, he praised Thomas' fellow conservative white jurists. He called Justice Scalia "Intellectually Brilliant" and called Chief Justice Roberts "Compelling, clearly smart, and very thoughtful".

Here is my 1st amendment rebuttal to B. Hussein Obama's offensive his description of Justice Thomas, to his answer...

"I would never support B. Hussein Obama nor any other Black Left-Wing Liberal. I don't think that they can be strong enough in their profession or activities or even strong thinkers to ever be elevated to any position of high esteem. Setting aside the fact that i profoundly disagree with them on alot of issues." Furthermore there are no "Intellectually Brilliant" nor "Compelling, caring, and thoughtful" Left Wing Liberals anywhere in the world!

It's irritating to hear Black Left Wing Liberals who both disagree with black conservatives, and go the "extra mile" and demean them personally as opposed just simply disagreeing with White Conservatives. Justice Thomas' resumé was decades longer when he was nominated for the Supreme Court than Obama's is now for President. Justice Thomas is "intellectually brilliant, compelling, clearly smart, and very thoughtful". Its no wonder why He, Justice Scalia, and Chief Justice Roberts agree on so many cases. Black conservatives suffer a chattel slavery styled whipping by the likes of Harry Balafonté, Al Sharpton, Julianne Malveaux, and the NAACP who are doing the "verbal bidding" White Left Wing Liberals. This consequently causes Black Conservatives to shy away from any public endeavor and discourages Black America's support of Black Conservatives.

Left Wing Liberalism (which includes the "Democrat" Party History, philosophy, and current political representation) is historic in its demeaning Blacks who have become successful without the help of Left Wing Liberalism. In that great tradition of Left Wing Liberalism, House Slave (as defined by Harry Belafonté) B. Hussein Obama seemed comfortable slamming the highest ranking Black Jurist in the American Legal System.

Obama follows the lineage of Black Left Wing Liberals who seem as if they must comport themselves in such a vile public manner in order to continue enjoying the titular support of the white Left Wing Liberal establishment instead of just revering the ascension of another Black Man to the highest levels of the American Government. Similar political atrocities are said and written about Secretaries of State Condoleezza Rice and Colin Powell.

White Left Wing Liberals neither supported the elevation of Black Liberal (the Late and Former U.S. Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall) and Black Conservative (Current U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas). As a matter of fact Klansman Robert Byrd, the highest ranking elected Democrat in the Country, enjoys the dubious distinction as having voted against both Justices Marshall and Thomas personally. White Left Wing Liberals have never been interested in the ascenscension of Blacks (Liberal and Conservative) in any industry.

Left Wing Liberals (typically the children and/or beneficiaries of Segregationists and Segregation generally) are fully aware of who they are supporting for U.S. President. Obama is not a victim of Left Wing Liberalism (ie familial slavery, segregation, or being physically and/or mentally assaulted by Government institutionally or its employees individually). Nor is he a critic of Left Wing Liberalism (whose policies are expressed by the largesse and insatiable appetite of government to control its citizens and/or residents and their finance) accept for the Department of Defense.

Black America is hurting and Left Wing Liberalism is to blame!! If Black Liberals would ever have the courage to converse and work with Black Conservatives to end the continued disintegration of the Black family and community, we could be the preeminent minority and voting block in this nation inside of a generation.

White Senator Cusses at Black Pastor over Global Warming and get a pass

The following YouTube video is of California State Senator Pat Wiggins (Democrat of Santa Rosa) cussing out Pastor Robert Jones of Oak Park United Methodist Church in Sacramento! Pastor Jones had the nerve to express concern of the negative impact of Global Warming on the poor and minorities (The comment is heard in about 1 minute and 45 seconds into the video clip)...




Rather than criticize and threaten a censure of Democrat Senator Wiggins, The chairperson, Senator Christine Kehoe (Democrat of San Diego) tried to give her political cover by trying to find common ground with Pastor Jones on "the right to an opinion". Pastor Jones was there to state his opinion for inclusion on the issue, not to be a target of profanity by a member of the committee! Unfortunately, she would not be treated as harshly by her colleagues or even the media simply because she is a "Left-Wing Liberal" Democrat.

This is the very reason why I use the phrase "Left-Wing Liberal" to describe these people. Senator Pat Wiggins is descriptive of their intolerance for opposing points of view. Left-Wing Liberals intend to use the global warming myth to make gaining more financial, social, and academic control by the government over our daily living much easier than before.

This reminds me of the time when former California Lieutenent Governor Cruz Bustumante called a group of Blacks "niggers" in a speech he gave before them while still serving as California Lieutenent Governor. There is no known youtube video clip. Like Bustamante, Wiggins will not be protested out of office, not be forced to have sensitivity training, or have the wrath of Black Left Wing Liberals declaring their withdrawal of support of her or the Democrat Party. Pastor Jones needs support and here is another probable missed opportunity to publicly show support for the aggrieved when Democrat racism and vulgarity raises its ugly head.

Exxon Mobile Paid More in Taxes than it earned!!

Last week ExxonMobile released its 2nd quarter earnings report for 2008. On page 8 of the report 2 numbers stood out. For Left Wing Liberals it was the $11 Billion plus dollars that it earned in that quarter. For us Conservatives it is the $32 Billion plus dollars that it paid in taxes. (see below)

I am not aware of anyone who wants to pay the government nearly $3 for every $1 it keeps in earnings - no matter how much they earn! I have been saying for years that Left Wing Liberals should be defeated for using the power of Government to enrich government coffers at the expense of the pain that its greed has on the citizenry.

the Government, not the oil companies, is getting record windfall tax revenue from the high price of gasoline. That report is clear...ExxonMobile is being "pimped and abused" by the Government and it must end!!

Jesse Helms - The R.I.N.O. on the Right

Note: I wrote this article on July 5, 2004 in order to straighten the Record on Helm's "so-called" Conservative political philosophy. Unfortunately, he passed away on July 4, 2008.

U.S. Senator Jesse Alexander Helms was a RINO (Republican In Name Only) from North Carolina. He is no different than any other RINO in America Politics. Sure, there are issues that Jesse shares with Conservative Republicans, but so does Senators Lincoln Chafee (R.-R.I.), Olympia Snowe (R.-Maine), John McCain (R.-Ariz.) and Susan Collins (R.-Maine) - all noted RINO's on the Left in the Republican Party. Jesse was as anti-Republican tradition on the right as the aforementioned Senators are on the left.

Jesse Alexander Helms was a Registered Democrat all of his life until 1972. He was 51 years old when He switched. Jesse supported all of the great segregationists of the Time - J. William Fulbright of Arkansas, Richard Russell of Georgia, Sam J Ervin Jr of North Carolina, and many others who were opposed to the Civil Rights of Blacks. In 1972, Jesse Helms took negative advantage of a split in the Democratic Party. His move was very similar to what David Duke did in 1989. In 1972 Republican membership was a paltry 22.9%. hardly enough to be taken seriously anywhere, especially in North Carolina. The Democrat registration was a near unanimous 73.4%. Jesse Helms changes party affiliation to that shell of a Republican Party and soundly defeated Democrat Congressman Nick Galifianakis (54% to 46%). Jesse never abandoned his racist past and segregationist rhetoric. He just changed his Party name. However, without changing their Party name, Democrat voters kept sending Helms back to the U.S. Senate:

Now if we are to believe the Democrat assertion that Jesse was a racist before and during his Senate career, then we have to also admit that his racism appealed to an extremely large Democrat electorate who kept reelecting him. Subsequently, Democrats in North Carolina also had to be racist, white supremicist, segregationists of the formerly segregated South because the numbers prove that they were his base. Instead of Democrats trying to imagine that racist Democrats in North Carolina became racist Republications in North Carolina, they should be asking the more accurate question why racist Democrats didn't change their views and vote for their Democrat nominee. Nick Galifianakis (1972), John Ingram (1978), James B Hunt Jr (1984), and Harvey Gantt (1990, 1996) never had a chance as long as their party was voting against them and for Jesse.

Jesse Helm's voting record closely resembles the record of any Democrat Senator from the South during his time. As a matter of fact, if he were to have switched back to being a Democrat, he would not have had to change a single position he held as a Republican. His successor we must admit, is hardly a protegé of his. As a matter of fact, neither Senator Elizabeth Dole and her former opponent, Democrat nominee Erskine Bowles, offered the segregationist rhetoric that Jesse did. Consequently, there is a political realignment that is permenant - never going back to those days. This realignment brought a Republican victory, but at least we know that those Democrats who voted for Senator Dole are not expecting to someday legally (re)post those "whites only" signs again.

California - The Real Windfall Profiteer

This past Tuesday, I had the rare opportunity to talk with Michael Genest, who serves as the Director of the California Department of Finance, about the state of the California State Budget. During the discussion Genest pointed out that there is not enough revenue to repair California's roads and highways. I was incensed since I had just filled my gas tank before going to the meeting. I calmed myself before speaking and told him that I had just spent $201.80 filling my tank at $4.57 per gallon. I drive a Ford Excursion. I told him that nearly $90 of that cost goes to the state in taxes and fees. Genest said that I am wrong about that because the excise tax is only 18 cents per gallon.

I had to remind him that the true tax revenue is not just the 18 cents per gallon. There are two other sources - the Board of Equalization's list of taxes and fees per gallon of gasoline and the Corporate profit and loss statements of the gas company from which the gas was purchased. Oil companies compute the corporate taxes, fees, property taxes, and income taxes in the price of gas as well as other business costs. Genest seemed to be very surprised by my response. Genest did capitulate to my understanding.

Unfortunately, California does not see itself as the problem with the high price of gasoline. Left Wing Liberals, who are currently in leadership in California, exclude their destructive role and scapegoat the Oil Companies. Of that $4.57 price per gallon I paid, $2.04 went to the State and local governments. About 9.3 cents per gallon went to Chevron (the gas station where I made my purchase).

This windfall revenue must be eliminated in order to immediately reduce the price of gasoline. Only afterward should other energy sources be pursued. What is very sad is that businesses are closing in Sacramento and all over California due to the crushing impact of high gasoline prices. However because of the state budget deficit and the projected continuation of this windfall revenue in the 2008-09 California Budget, Left Wing Liberals are reluctant to give immediate relief to us California Residents. Just as their socialist dictators do in other countries, they are using all of their legislative power and public influence to direct our anger from them to "Big Oil".

My hope is that we residents resist that manipulation and apply as much pressure a possible on these legislators to do unto themselves what they wish to do unto the oil companies - reduce their profiteering on the price of gasoline.

Taxing Speech

If The Left Wing Liberal Sacramento City Council has its way, exorcising the 1st Amendment in the city of Sacramento is proposed to be more expensive.

These Left wingers have finally found a way to tax speech. They are currently considering a proposal to tax text messages. They voted unanimously to place on the ballot for the November 4th Election "Utility User Tax Reduction and Fairness Measure for Communications Services" measure. Unfortunately that vote includes a tax increasing Republican - Councilman Robbie Waters.

Their rational is as imprudent as the antiquated "windfall" tax schemes it is attempting to replace. As businesses offer new technologies to increase quality of service at a reduced price for residents to communicate among themselves, The Sacramento City Council wants to reverse the progress and increase the cost of exercising our 1st Amendment right.

It would have been in the best interest of the residents for the Council to find ways to expand business opportunities for small business entrepreneurs who would aid in the increase of sales tax revenue. However, Left Wing Liberals are not known for advancing policies in the best interest of their constituents.

Even worse is that the city of Sacramento is currently getting an increase [windfall] revenue from the sales tax percentage on the ridiculously high price of gasoline. This measure will result in a net increase in the overall outgo of those of us who already are being squeezed by the increased price of food, collapsing value of our homes in addition to the price of gasoline.

The "Utility User Tax Reduction and Fairness Measure for Communications Services" must die a sudden and horrible death. The Left wingers of the Sacramento City Council must be forced to retreat from [windfall] taxing speech in any manner whatsoever. The freedom to speak must not be encumbered by tax toll - especially by our own government - in order to speak. The laziness and craftiness with which they are attempting to assault the 1st Amendment deserves their being voted out of office.

Obama - My Color, But Not My Kind and not the Right Black

Al Sharpton once said that Democrats shouldn't be talking about getting more blacks in high places, but getting the right blacks. He also said, "Clarence Thomas is my color, but he's not my kind." Using his comments as a template, here is my opinion on Barack Hussein Obama, the Democrat Presidential Candidate...

Barack Hussein Obama has made history. He is the first Black to be a nominee for President of the United States from one of the two major parties. This is also the first time that the Democrat Party has done something iconic in Black history that is seen as a positive. Also this is the first time that the Democrat Party has done something in Black History that the Republican Party has not done.

Despite the aforementioned points, Obama will do more to destroy the progress of Blacks in America than any white President could ever conceive of going. In fact, Obama wants to continue the and expand "Great Society" policies. The very policies that have destroyed Black America. He accepts the advise and council of socialists who ideals are responsible for the depravity of Blacks worlwide. Typical examples are Nigeria, Somalia, and Haiti. The next White President only has to point to the Obama presidency (if he gets elected) in order to justify the continuation of those destructive policies.

Under an Obama Presidency, the net worth of Blacks will precipitously and permanently decline due to the desire of his administration to take control of the very bargaining chip that private employers used for years to attract and retain employees - Healthcare. The act of nationalizing the health care system will effectively eliminate that remaining pool of potential employees who would be willing to work (especially for small businesses with less than 100 employees) for smaller wages and generous health care packages. The pool of business until now represents more than 60 percent of new employment annually. The right Black would see how devastating national healthcare would be to Black America.

Black America must be concentrated on electing a Black who will institute policies and set a direction for the nation that allows for private accumulation of wealth. Furthermore The Right Black will make every effort to ensure that private accumulation of wealth "recession proof" so that even if there is a negative fluctuation in income, Americans will not be financially harmed by that fluctuation.

Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, Dianne Feinstein, are the wealthiest elected officials in California. Their vast holdings rank in the hundreds of millions of dollars. They would be working with an Obama administration to restrict access to accumulate wealth in the same manner that they did. This is "typical" of Left Wing Liberal Behavior. Excuses such as manmade global warming (aka climate change), hurting the poor and minorities, and harming habitat for endangered species are all used to make sure that the same ladder to success enjoyed by Left Wing Liberals is severely restricted to just "the right kind" of person. This is "typically" not a Black person, group, or community. My Kind of Black would never agree to such destructive alliances.

We must do what is possible to make sure that content, not color, is the right kind of standard to use when deciding who should be President of the United State of America.

Thank you for your vote and support of me in the 2008 Primary.

From now until November of 2008, This site will be dedicated to my campaign for the 9th Assembly District for the General Election. I am asking for your vote and support to be elected State Assemblyman from the 9th District. This district covers nearly all of Sacramento City and a large portion of Sacramento County. My purpose for running is simple - to pursue market based policies that will increase the private income and net worth of the residents of the 9th District while reducing government's role in many aspects of our lives.

When I first began this campaign in March of 2008, the following issues were most important in the 9th District in the following order: Illegal immigration, Access and Quality of Healthcare, The California Economy, The High Price of Education, and Global Warming.

During the 2008 primary, the economy (specifically the high price of gasoline, home foreclosures, and the rising price of food) has become the number one issue. The definition of Marriage issue is another recent major issue in the 9th Assembly District. Since the irrational decision by the California Supreme Court to "legislate from the bench" the definition of Marriage in California, it will be the preeminent social issue and ballot measure in the General Election this November.

My campaign will tirelessly reiterate solutions to these issues...

The High Price of Gasoline must be reduced by eliminating the government share and drilling along the Coast of California. Currently, California's "unearned" share of a gallon of gasoline amounts to about

The California Economy will thrive when the Left-Wing Liberal led state legislature is prevented from interfering with private citizens desire to do business together and restricting businesses from doing business in California. We should be allowed to use the same avenues that Left-Wing Liberals use to attain wealth and prosperity in California.

Marriage is between one man and one woman. The California Constitution must be amended to reflect the will of the majority of Californians.

Illegal immigration will be cut by first building a physical fence and dramatically increase the Border Patrol. Left-wing Liberal Celebrities have proven how effective fences and armed guards are at controlling entrance to their property. We should aggressively confront the Mexican government on their expulsion of their citizens and support political efforts to bring freedom and prosperity to Mexico.

The Price and Quality of Education from preschool to Graduate School must begin incremental and complete reform to prepare the type of worker needed for the current economy. The cost of College must be reduced so that a minimum wage worker can pay directly without needing any grants, fees, or any government subsidy. K-12 must bring back the kinds of trades that teach children how to build products such as computers, cell phones, and automobiles in concert with meeting No Child left Behind Requirements. Preschool must be made available to any person regardless of income.

Access and Quality of Healthcare will improve when the California Government's role is reduced to just that of regulator. Currently California is also a competitor and a partner in healthcare as well.

My campaign will once again prove that Conservative principles (many of which is outlined in the 2008 California Republican Party Platform) is the best method of achieving the American dream for the largest number of residents in California's 9th Assembly District.

Global Warming

The arguments used by Left Wing Liberals to prove that human activity is causing irreparable global warming is fraud and a lie!

Left Wing Liberals are using the lure of profiteering from the fraudulent information to entice weak Republicans to join them in this scheme to fleece Americans of tax revenue via government taxation and regulation.

California has so far accepted the fraudulent research and plunged into the current “Tulip mania” (aka Global Warming aka Climate Change). Legislators have never challenged the recent “scientific consensus’” of our past - Medieval Climate Optimum (aka Medieval Warm Period, from 800 - 1300 when the climate warmed 1.8 Degrees more than today’s temperature), The Little Ice Age (From 1250 - 1850 When the climate cooled nearly 1.5 degrees) and the Global Cooling phenomena of the 1970’s. During these times, there is no evidence of cannibalism (as CNN's Ted Turner suggested back in April of this year), nor evidence of boiling or freezing during these periods.

Dr. Rajendra Kumar Pachauri, Chairman of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) who shared the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize with former U.S. Vice President Al Gore, admitted that the IPCC discovered there has been no net increase in global warming since the IPCCC was formed in 1998. Dr. Pachauri called it a “temperature plateau”.

California's "investment" in "green" technology amounts to nothing more than waste, fraud, and/or abuse of taxpayer dollars. It also means that the trillions of dollars of so-called “investments” by private businesses were little more than gambles on inconclusive and flawed research. This also means that Al Gore’s “Inconvenient Truth” is a lie that bilked viewers out of nearly $24 million in box office sales.

Top climatologists such as James Hansen, S.I. Rasool, and Stephen H. Schneider trumpeted their claims that our then energy consumption was causing Global Cooling in the 1970’s. Time and Newsweek Magazines lead the way in parroting their claims. Climatologists and others used that “research” to achieve “scientific consensus” of a coming “New Ice Age”. James Hansen, S.I. Rasool, and Stephen H. Schneider along with their colleagues are now trying to convince the world our (more efficient) energy consumption has within 40 years shifted the earth from the threat of freezing to the threat of boiling.

We must confront the attempt by Left-Wing Liberals (i.e. Progressives) to use the power of government to enrich and empower themselves while restricting our ability to do the same. So far, the only beneficiaries to global warming are the following:

• Al Gore and his "for profit" company, Generation Investment Management (GIM) is positioned to reap billions of dollars in corporate and individual shakedowns by companies who contribute Global Warming and the increase of C02 emissions. GIM primary business is to engage in the buying and selling of these phantom carbon credits.
  

• Once again, Al Gore and his “non profit” company, Alliance for Climate Protection (ACP). ACP receives government grants and foundation money to do all of the research and public relations for his “for-profit” GIM.
  

• Those who lobby for government mandates based on the claims of global warming then use private (for-profit) businesses to “trade” in “carbon credits”.

• People and institutions who receive hundreds of thousands of dollars in government grants to create reasons repeat their claims of man made Global Warming.

• Those whose foundations benefit from donations by wealthy Left Wing Liberal foundations and people who themselves benefit financially from the claims of man made global warming.

• Professors who accumulate wealth, power, and/or prestige by the claims of man made global warming.

The California Legislature must refrain from persuing global warming reduction strategies until the science is conclusive. The debate is not over! The representative of the 9th Assembly District must be armed with facts and speak truth to Left-Wing Liberal power about the frivolity of using junk science to waist the time and attention of of the residents of California.

California Education

California's Higher Education is overpriced and politically biased to the Left. k-12 seems to exist entirely for the political fleecing of unions and the maintenance of political relationships. Too often this collusion ignores the intended focus which is to academically prepare students to eventually compete in the marketplace.

This self interest has also left the California Educational system substantively antiquated and not completely able to satisfy the desire of students or business.

Furthermore, California's tax base is too dependent on "Millionaire" income for the income tax that funds education. As these high salary families move, their income tax goes with them. Once again, the taxing formula must change. I have made recommendations to that effect in The California Economy.

The California Legislature must reduce the price of College so that a person earning the state minimum wage can without loans, grants, credits, or any other subsidy afford to attend any CSU or UC. K-12 Districts must implement their Parent involvement policies as mandated which can help cut costs in so many other areas of the District's Budget, significantly increase accountability, and dramatically improve the quality of education.

California Health Care

2008 Republican Presidential Candidate Ron Paul stated the following about health care in the U.S. The HMO Act of 1973 requires employers (with 25 or more employees) to offer HMO's to workers. This law removed the incentive for health care plans to be offered to individuals and removes the incentive to offer health care plans to the unemployed. The tax code allows businesses – but not individuals – to deduct the cost of health insurance premiums. So now the high premium costs are no longer an issue - only the co-pay. If Universal coverage is the replacement for the current state of health care, the current problems will only grow. The problem is government intervention in health care!!

Paul also stated that coupling employment and health insurance was illogical. Congress never blames itself for the problems created by bad laws. Instead, we are told more government – in the form of “universal coverage” – is the answer. But government already is involved in roughly two-thirds of all health care spending, through Medicare, Medicaid, and other programs.

Similarly, The Left Wing Liberal California Legislature never blames itself for the currently despised state of the health care system in California. They actually believe that more government interference is necessary to improve health care’s current status. The California government is the impediment to progress toward affordability of quality health care.

Another problem is The Council on Graduate Medical Education’s (COGME) blunder decision to advise the nation’s medical schools to reduce their admittance based on projected surpluses professionals in the medical industry. There has never been an “actual surplus”! COGME’s advise produced “actual” shortages of professionals in the medical that lead to more problems than any surplus ever would.

We must revise the State HMO Act and advocate the revision of the Federal HMO Act to allow HMO’s to do business directly with individuals. The law should be no different than the law for car insurance, renter insurance, and home owner insurance. California must also have medical immunity for health care professionals (similar to prosecutorial immunity for District Attorneys) which will reduce career costs to medical practitioners.

Health care costs will go down due to market competition, not politically imposed price caps by the government. More value added services will be offered which will raise the quality of health care in a much more efficient way than Hillary/Obama care. Consumers will enjoy their health care coverage much better because they have more control over their health care options.

The California Economy

The California economy is devastated inadequacy of Left-Wing Liberal policies! The Real Estate Market has plundged. Corporate Profits are shrinking year over year. High Income households are moving out of California. Remaining businesses, income tax payers and homeowners are being forced to pay more in costs, fees, and gasoline taxes as a result of the policies of this Legislature and overall government. Each of these contributes largely to a deficit of tens of billions of dollars in the projected California Budget for 2008-09. Unfortunately, these problems persist because this Legislature never sees itself as the problem.

One way to reduce the Budget by 12-20% would cut every agency’s Budget allocation by making all public agencies tax and fee exempt. Currently public agencies are forced to repay the government in gas & sales taxes and fees from their budget allocations each time they make a product and/or service purchase. This exemption would cut billions of dollars from public agency budgets without having to downsize one employee or disenfranchise one student in order to meet any budget constraint. The State Budget deficit would automatically be reduce by that same amount.

The Legislature needs to reduce its addictive dependence on income taxes as the single largest source of revenue (55% according to the Governor's office). This would reduce part of the enormous downward pressure from the value of the dollar (because of the size of California's economy at $1.6 trillion) and significantly increase real property values in California and slightly reduce gas prices. Currently, California rakes in a hefty 59 cents per gallon of gas compared to about 9 cents per gallon to the oil companies. California must reduce its usurious cut to no more than 4 cents per gallon. This will immediately reduce the price of gasoline by more than 50 per gallon on the retail side. We need to petition the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission to increase the margins (cash down payment) on a contract of Crude Oil from the current 10 percent to about 40 percent. This will further reduce the price of gasoline to below $2 per gallon.

California must restrain itself - for a change - by establishing a tax rate and fee cap statewide for any subordinate public jurisdiction’s revenues. We must freeze, reduce, and eliminate all state and local taxation on real property. If these ideas are implemented, then revenues to the State would increase more than what is needed to conduct the State's business. No longer will their be a need for to "strong arm" a percentage of income from residents and businesses in order to continually destroy the California with Left-Wing Liberal policies.

Other benefits include more long term small business opportunities for community members in their communities. Even the poor would increase their standard of living and no longer need the California Legislature focusing on ways to make them "feel" comfortable in their poverty. The cost of living would decrease and the quality of living would increase because of increased buying power and net worth. The consumer demand for higher quality goods and services at more competitive prices would also be prevalent.

Along with their predecessors, their cronies, their elites who benefit from their socialist government control, and their political Party's corrupt influence, they have used illegal immigration to reek havoc in the U.S.



“Each Mexican who has emigrated represents one disintegrated home in Mexico,” said Edmundo Ramirez Martinez, deputy of Mexico’s Secretary of the Commission of Population, Border and Immigration Issues.



These illegal aliens above are of the highest economically, socially and politically productive ages. They are not allowed to remain in their home country to become Firemen, Policemen, Doctors, Teachers, small business entrepreneurs, and community activists. They are not allowed to mature their Constitutional Republic, grow their economy, and sustain civilized communities in Mexico. Instead they are expelled by the Mexican Government to the U.S. to work in agriculture fields, day labor camps, in restaurants, hotel room maintenance and other low skilled, low paying jobs in the United States. Because they are so deprived at home, their families either starve, join drug gangs, or earnestly wait for that illegal alien to send back huge portions of their minimum wage to that impoverished family in Mexico. As the money moves back to their families, it is heavily syphoned in the form of taxes by the rich elite socialists who control Mexico through their corrupt banking system.



The Mexican government should be blamed exclusively for the expulsion of their citizens. Government officials have composed government revenues so that only a few elite benefit from the governments financial windfall of government income generated from remittances of illegal aliens in the United States while the earners and intended recipients are ripped off continually and without sympathy.



The Mexican States of Oaxaca, Michoacan, and Zacatecas have aided and abetted the expulsion of 20 -50 percent of their (mostly male) populations to the United States while women are largely left alone to fend for themselves and their children. Mexico’s future Firemen, Policemen, Doctors, Teachers, and small business entrepreneurs, and community activists with Mexican leaders never being blamed while Conservatives shouldering unearned blame. Many Fathers are not in the community being the protector and foundation of their families. Their absence exposes these women and children to all kinds of danger and poor health. In order to cater to elites abroad, some Mexican states have even passed laws that allow illegal aliens in the U.S. to run for office in Mexico while living in the U.S.



California's public policy should be to apply as much pressure on the Mexican government and their U.S. supporters as possible to influence Mexican domestic policy and encourage repatriation of their citizens. California must publicly hold Mexican elected leaders and their Left-Wing Liberal apologists (aka progressives) in the U.S. accountable in both the U.S. and Mexico for the economic and environmental, and political devastation for which they are directly responsible.



We must encourage and support Mexicans to organize, march, and protest, the Mexican government and make demands similar to those that they make in the U.S. for better wages, better health, safety, and education. Civil Rights organizations will be set up to advance constitutional changes to give Mexicans the same freedom and prosperity they seek in the U.S.



This prescribed effort will reduce illegal immigration and sustain that lowering effort while raising the interests of the average Mexican in Mexico.
